Looks like updates are happening on Mondays now instead of Sundays. oops! lol

So I mentioned that last weekend went well. Well last week wasn't top notch. I had some of the worst PMS. I have not had PMS like that in such a long time that my moods were sooo over the place and I was eating servings of things (not as bad as I used to but..) that reminded me of the old days. My exercising flew out the window! I did manage to get a couple days of walks in but I was so drained that I could barely pull myself out of bed in time for work let alone anything else. I mean I ate from home for the most part, but we also ate out more than we usually do. ALL IN ALL, despite this past week I felt amazing yesterday out and about with Mister and today other than a nice snuggly sleep in I am feeling good today too. Time to get back to my regular eating as I miss it! I did so good for 4 weeks that last week just needs to be shrugged off!
My Blogilates journal has cleared customs so I will be checking the mail box every day this week! The nice weather seems to be holding here so hopefully Saturday I can get outside and go for a hike which will help me get my mind in the right gear for the next 3 months. I really want to start including hikes in my routine, even if it is only once or twice a month. Every other Saturday or Sunday would be great. The hikes closest to home get so creekish and stuff that the next closest ones that stay dry are about a 30minute drive away.
I haven't been craving booze which is much appreciated. I did have one day where a glass of something would have been nice but other than that I haven't wanted it! I am not going to reset the date on that though. I am going to not drink until the last week of March and then after that it will be special occasions or the trailer, but I don't think I will keep things in the house.
I am going to need to go shopping state side soon, running out of ground turkey and soon chicken breasts and some other things I just cannot think of at the moment. So the next 3 weeks we will be eating what we have. I think I have 2 or 3 ground turkeys left, 2 halves of a pork tenderloin, 6 steaks, ribs, and a bunch of chicken breasts, OH and some frozen pizzas and a little bit of chicken nuggets. So we will be eating a lot of chicken so I will have to get creative with it. We have soup and stuff too so I think we can make it without having to purchase much besides veggies and fruit. Hopefully I can reduce my grocery costs so that I have a little bit of a surplus as I went over this last pay, so that I can have a little extra in there for shopping state side.
I feel like there was more I wanted to talk about but I cannot seem to think of it. But I do want to thank all you lovely Sparkers who have been awesome and motivating! I hope you all have a great week!
