We have comcast on demand at our place. I decided to try today a yoga routine. Being fat, and hard to most yoga poses, I tried a 30 minute yoga program geared fro 7-12 year olds. Thinking it was going to be easy.

Boy was I wrong. Most I could do was sit on the floor (a feat in of itself) stretch my arms up in the air and attempt to touch my toes and lean back as far as I can and the then as for forward as I can.

I tried. Not sure I'll do it again as my belly gets in the way of 95% of the yoga poses.

Then I did a segment of 10 minute solution dance mix. Sat in my recliner and moved my upper body for 10 minutes. I enjoyed that a lot more. Did get my heart pumping. When I can tolerate standing 10 minutes at a time (my current limit is 3-5 minutes) I'll try to stand for the whole. Maybe I'll try it again tomorrow and see how long I can stand.
