I dont know what to do, I have been tracking my food everday, gave up pop almost completely, been exercising 45 min. a day within my ability, and I have only lost 2 lbs in the last 2 weeks, I just started and I thought weight was supposed to come off fast at first then slow down, this is so hard!!! I know being on steroids and different medications might be making it more difficult but, this is so hard!!!I have been tracking everyday even though I forgot to spin the wheel or something one day and It went back to o streak, whatever!!! I will feel like I am making more progress once I get out of the 290's maybe when I see 280 something I will see. I try so hard and I can never seem to make it out of the 290 range, so I give up, this time I will keep going!!!! Maybe it has something to do with my sarcoidosis, or the steroids, will I even be able to lose no matter how hard I try????
