What do these two statements have in common:

* You should drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. emoticon

* You should walk 10,000 steps a day. emoticon

Aside from the fact that they are both oft repeated recommendations for health?

And the answer is ... coming tomorrow! (But feel free to speculate)

    Drinking lots of water, and a bathroom far away. The water makes you walk lots of steps to the bathroom, when you get back you are thirsty and drink more water! Maybe that is just me!

Can't wait to hear the real answer, I am hoping that I didn't guess correctly!

    Well, they are both "shoulds," which I'm told aren't good.

But those are very good "shoulds."

My guess is that they are what you've done to lose 40 pounds.
