Hey a whole week and I haven't been on here babbling about? Well I guess I've been doing a lot of other stuff like reading and trying to keep up with Winter Wellness articles and Good Belly Reboot stuff. The belly stuff is more important I think since I need to have a lot of focus on my diet this year. I have to spend more time giving it a careful read and I just noticed I can't read the articles from this computer, so I'll do it at home later. I'll get done what I can today to pass the time.
I think I may reach my goal of losing 5 pounds this month. I have one more week to go so this week I have to really watch my eating, take the stairs every time, no snacking in the evenings and get some exercise in. February I need to work harder. This week I'll be wide open with my afternoons so I plan to put them to good use. When I get home I want to let go of the day with a Yoga session with Rodney Yee, then I want to lift some weights with Coach Nicole. Then I have chicken already grilled up ready to be put into a nice big salad for dinner. I have Sherlock to watch tonight to that I recorded last night. I think that will be a great Monday afternoon and evening.
