Hello everyone! Hope everyone had a great weekend! Didn't do much this weekend. Caught up with a couple friends that I haven't seen in awhile.
Heres what I ate today:
-Breakfast essential drink
-Apple with peanut butter
-Shake n bake chicken
-Sautéed broccoli and garlic
-individual cup of mac and cheese
-Nothing yet! I am going to take a nutri-grain bar to work
unfortunately I have to work tonight so im getting ready to leave now! After work I am going to go to the gym for ATLEAST an hour, then off to bed! Tomorrow I am going to go to the gym right after class! Hope everyone has a great night!
