I know it's not all about the scale, but, boy, did it feel good to step on this morning and see that I am down 5 pounds! It was just such a nice surprise. I am setting short-term weight goals for myself, because long-term is too overwhelming. My first goal is to be below 250; this morning I weighed in at 261, so I feel like I am well on my way. I have 465 exercise minutes this month; my original goal had been 300. Buying the mini-trampoline was a great investment!
I definitely need to be drinking more water. My poor skin is so dry in this cold weather. Water will be my main focus this week, plus I plan on keeping up with exercise and watching my tendency to snack too much. I have a busy week coming up, and I tend to eat and drink too much when I get tired, so I'll have to be careful of that.
