first mile swam, woo hoo so chuffed

I'm slow but steady when I swim, only back two weeks after doing no exercise for the past eighteen months. Today in the pool I decided I try to do forty lengths then I thought what about fifty....I was getting so warm it had to be aerobic right either that or hot flushes again ,!
So I decided I'd keep going and see if I could do 64 lengths or one mile and I did it, backs a bit tight, legs are fine (May not be tomorrow ) but I'm smiling and happy
Who knew that exercising could release stress and make you smile
