I'm still doing it! I'm repeating workouts 7 and 8 of Stage 1. I just did one last night. Since I wasn't increasing weight, I may stay in Stage 1 a little while longer before switching to Stage 2, which has more advanced lifts. In fact, if I never leave Stage 1, I'm good with that because the whole point of this program for me was to simply DO IT three times a week.
It feels so good to check that box when you're done, doesn't it?
We're in Week 2 of the 12 week fitness streak. We need an emoticon for streaking!
