emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon No matter if you have had bad weather, rain/snow, freezing temps, illness, a grouchy scale -- or any number of other things that seemed to pull you down; let's just blame it all on the month of January! Less than a week left and it will be in the past. And we don't dwell on things in the past, do we?

I've been a human yo-yo all month, and I don't like it one little bit. I take the entire responsibility on my own shoulders however, because whatever I did, or did not do, was my own choice. The food part of achieving my goal is not difficult for me, as I can easily stay within my caloric limits. It's the exercise or lack of it that has taken away my beloved 130's and changed them into 140's. I have seen personal growth in this area during the month, so perhaps February will be a good month for me. It's for sure if emoticon then emoticon then we'll both be emoticon
