Day 16 Making Exercise a habit!

Wow I didn't realize the amount of effort that it takes to commit to doing something every single day!!!!

It's funny how somethings we just do everyday and don't really think about it. For example we check our facebook pages, we log in to sparkpeople, we take showers, brush our teeth (okay except sometimes on the weekend when its pajama day and the whole point of the day is laziness). We make time to do these things and don't even think twice about it.

I think for me this 100 day challenge is about getting in the habit of exercising everday so that it becomes just one more thing that I do everyday and not something that I have to schedule ahead of time so that I will do it.


I do have to admit that I missed one day this week. I am not even sure why I missed or what I was doing that the day ended and I had not completed my exercise. I figure that even with missing one day I am better off than I was before I started the challenge. I am trying to be a glass-half-full kinda person and not beat myself up for missing a day and subsequently giving up alltogether!
