This week a loss yay

I ate more fish, added almonds in the morning, all the walking to relieve my back added to the loss.
Pain level has gone down a bit but I am still shaky and sore. It will just need time and I have plenty of that. I did 8 mins of an easy Zumba and was so tired...but was exhilarated too!!! Love that Zumba.
The Beach Boys have been my constant companions this week as I walk around, I even caught myself smiling. So win win...
I'm still going to tell the cardiologist I want to stop taking the med that still has side effects for me and hoping I'll stop being dizzy and toppling. It also will be great to be rid of the light sensitivity and the black lines in the morning- numerous black lines off every surface that move outwards for half an hour after waking.
I will also request proper pain relief from my GP "why have pain when you don't have to?" was what the Doctors in the hospital said to me, so I'll be asking and maybe an x-ray for my back just to allay my fears that it's not JUST muscle spasms.
