The first week of the Winter Challenge, I did my usual dog walking and line dance, but with little energy.
My water drinking was o k. I ate way too many sweets.
Today was the beginning of week two. It was time to Hop To It!
It was time to put some thought and energy in to this challenge.
Day one of week two went well!
- 60 minutes of exercising included dog walking and a short kickboxing video
-Drank 8+ glasses of water
- Tracked all my food, staying under calorie range
- Supported fellow Starfish with comments and goodies
-No sweets, replacing with fruit
- 5 freggies - amazing!
One good day in a row!
