Searing pain while working out last night, but tried to fight past it to do activity. At least the new TV season is good to watch when working out. Tonight is Adult Swim animation on cartoon network. I may stay up late playing epic amounts of MMOs while watching late night animation trying to not notice injury pain.

    There are things that I have tried in the past. They might work for you and might not. You may have even tried them,but here goes. I like to ice down,especially after working out. Apply heat also,ranging from a heating pad to microwaving a wet towel. I have used hot patches also.Some people do not like to use medications,but I use Aleve from time to time. Not a miracle product but helps sometimes.
    Be sure to do some good warming up,light,higher reps and more rest times between exercises. Cooling down stretches are good to do. I hear Yoga is very good for strengthing the back and still get a workout. Swimming is good too. Good luck to you.
