Well, it's the same old thing... Worked out for a couple days and then lost momentum. I tried to change it up by doing a different exercise program on the second day but it only ended up making my knees hurt.
Ah well... Live and learn. Will stick with the "walk to be fit" video. It is equivalent to a two-mile walk and gives quite a workout.
Here's to a better week next week.
