Dinner Plan 01/26-02/01

Sunday: Homemade pizza

Monday: Takeout or cereal

Tuesday: Smoked Turkey leg, mashed potatoes, green veggie

Wednesday: Cube Steaks either as sandwiches or prepared a different way

Thursday: Broiled Chicken Kabobs and Spinach Feta Quinoa

Friday: Takeout or Grilled cheese and soup

Saturday: TBD

This week I will be making veggie stock as well. Plus we have a soup swap on Friday so trying to decide what to bring to work. I'm thinking crockpot sausage and potato soup.

    You are all set for the next week for meals---good for you. I won't be planning any meals until later next week; we are on the road traveling to Pheonix so eating out alot. Will try to stay in range as much as I can---think it is doable.
