I like to find exercises on YouTube so that I don't get bored with my workouts. I like to search for exercises for women over 50 simply because I'm still building back up in regard to fitness. Today I found a walking one by Jane Fonda. I really liked it. It was about 30 minutes from warm up to cool down and it was very enjoyable. Got me going for the day and I felt like I got some exercise. emoticon

    Great idea . . . .I haven't ever thought to check You tube for exercise videos. . . I have found knitting demos on there though. Too funny how technology and social media makes such changes in our lives.

    Thanks for posting this! I'd not tried these. I do vary my walking routine by speeds and/or incline. Want to find some good zumba site to follow.
