Final day of our Mini Challenge - No Junk in the Trunk.


Cream of Wheat
1/2 an Orange


Iceberg Lettuce Salad topped with
Massaged Kale Salad
Caveman Veggie Soup
Glass Red Wine


Raisin Bran with milk
Cinnamon Toast - 2 slices

Started out one slice, entered all my food in tracker, I was 30 calories under my minimum for the day. On the fence about what to do no longer than a minute, DH says "How bout one more of those pieces of toast?" Well, there you go!

Sorry, Cheri. That is probably why my scale refused to move! One piece of toast away from a victory - LOL!
Really, I had a great week. Ate healthy, tracked all my food, limited my caloric drinks and worked out without pain! Woo Hoo!

Turning the weight loss Bus around! Woo Hoo! On the downhill!

Low sodium intake for the day. Yay!

20 minutes - Walked to town
40 minutes of gathering and hauling wood

    TY VERY MUCH Janey for this TERRIFIC IDEA !!! I saw that MANY JOINED and did SO WELL !! WHO KNOWS,,, maybe??? Someday,, this once called CL was called "THE JUNK FOOD QUEEN" may??? JOIN YA !! MAYBE??? are popsicles JUNK FOOD if they are made of REAL Fruit???? If not,,, well MAYBE the next time,, I MIGHT TRY !!!

    Thanks for making me accountable for eating junkfood, I went to the movies tonite and thought, I can't eat any junk food, is a pretzel junk don't worry I didn't eat one. it was a great challenge. :)

    Keep up the good work!!! That little mini challenge helped a lot. The biggest thing for me is that today is day 7 without junk and without diet coke.
