2.5 months, roughly, of working out with the trainer. I'm UP seven pounds, everyone keeps telling me to just be patient and I'm thinking HELLO 196??? I'm exercising & watching what I eat, why am I gaining????
I've been taking my progress photos - every month on the work out day closest to the 15th, after the work out. They're so terrible I don't even want to upload them.
