My Success Plan For February Starts Today!

I've been off track for two weeks, and I've gained weight. But I am not beating myself up about it. I'm just picking myself up and moving forward again. I've got my success plan for February all planned out, but I'm not waiting for a new month to start before I get back on track. Why wait? There's no better time than today!


So for the rest of this month, the workout I will be doing is a DVD called "Star Trainers Cardio." Its a great intermediate workout with 5 different cardio workouts, each one lead by a different trainer, including one of my favorite trainers, Violet Zaki. Each workout is about 30 minutes long. Here's a quick clip of the DVD:

This video is really going to challenge me, but I will just modify the moves whenever I need to. My body is missing exercise, so its time to get back to it. No excuses!


My body has also been missing healthy food! So there will be no more junk food binges. I've stocked up on all the healthy foods that I really do love...Greek yogurt, pears, carrots, hummus, tempeh, etc. It feels good to be eating healthy again. Junk food is so addicting, but although it tastes good in the moment, it isn't nutritious. And I love myself enough to want to give my body REAL food, not garbage. (And of course, I always feel so much better when I am eating healthy!)






My success plan for February is to continue eating healthy, and working out. My February workouts will be the Coach Nicole 28 Day Boot Camp DVD, and Les Mills Pump. I got started with those workouts in January and really loved them. But then with hubby's illness and hospitalization, I got off track and abandoned my workouts. I am looking forward to starting them again next month!

February is going to be great. I have started a new team called Countdown to Spring, and have a bunch of Spark friends who are going to join me on the team as we do our best to make as much progress as we can before the first day of Spring. The team doesn't start until February first, but I am going to start making progress today!

    Hi Pixie,

I just joined the CountDown to Spring Team. It's right in line with my time frame to get a chunk of weight off before the weather gets warm! That's March 20th this year. So I only have 4 weeks to make a dent?! Going to get busy...........

    I love Greek yogurt. As far as I can remember I have always like yogurt but it took me some time to get used to Greek yogurt and now that I am used to it and I like it I can't go back to the other yogurt. It sounds like you have yourself a great plan for February.

    I am so with you my January was not the best. but I did spend it getting trying to get on tack, but with my recent knee injury it was a slow start but now I am ready like I said this morning the chips are down.. and I am not going to pick them up again .. If you want tme to send you a recipe I tried tonight, just ask. It has a marinade made with yogurt. lime juice and lots of spices thsat one roasts.
