took my vitals and they are excellent

Saturday, January 25, 2014

good Morning; I have been fighting with getting my glucose in check and BP.
they never were in the dangerous levels, but higher than I am used too. I have watched my carbs, but the big change I got off coffee and only drink tea. I found this out years ago, but I forgot. I just started this over the holidays. Now I am seeing the results and I also feel when I travel I am making better food choices, less stress with ds out of the house, DH has accepted his job as it is and tries not to rant and rave about it and exercise. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticonDh is about to leave for Weight Watchers - I can not wait for him to leave. He is in an anxious mood right now. He was gone all last week on a trip and I had such quiet and peacefulness in the house. He has never accepted that much of the emotional turmoil is created by him. Every time he loses something he can never find any thing by himself and has to get me involved. Today I gave him my key to the car and told him that I will help him look later. His mood has changed greatly over losing his key. Oh well, I am doing fine this morning. have a good day!!

**SIGH** At least you didn't react negatively! Good for you for listening to what your body is telling you and acting on it!

HUGS and here's to a good weekend.
