Weight when I first started Spark People: 175 lbs.
Last week’s weight: 171.2 lbs.
Current weight: 167.8 lbs.
Loss: 3.4 lbs
Total loss since starting: 7.2 lbs. (actually more, but was caught in the ‘spin’ cycle of gain-lost-gain)
Goal for coming week: maintain focus, balance and moderation
