Sure hope not!

The Weekly Retrospective

Weight when I first started Spark People: 175 lbs.
Last week’s weight: 171.2 lbs.
Current weight: 167.8 lbs.
Loss: 3.4 lbs
Total loss since starting: 7.2 lbs. (actually more, but was caught in the ‘spin’ cycle of gain-lost-gain)
Goal for coming week: maintain focus, balance and moderation

The roller coaster can get frustrating, but nothing in life rarely takes the shortest path to your goals. Take all your mini-successes and use them as the foundation for moving you towards you goal.

You are doing great in your training, and losing.

    Congratulations! Yet, since you've been here before, you know not to be discouraged if the rate of loss slows down or if you get caught in a "spin cycle." I like that term.

Just keep working on that downward trend. Hang in there!
