It is my intention to blog out the remainder of the original "90 day commitment" to show how it's going, and to keep the important bits fresh for myself.
Some of the important bits:
1. Personal responsibility. I'm a grown-up. Nobody is going to take care of my health but ME.
2. Don't be fooled by false emotional arguments, like about "fairness". Reality is reality.
3. Keep the high goal always in mind, and make CONSCIOUS choices that support that goal.
Still 100% compliant with my program since before Christmas.
The GPS known as the scale shows me trending in the right direction.
Most important, I FEEL good, physically.
LIFE is good. It's better when I am fit. Each and every one of us is worth whatever effort we put into getting and staying healthy... be it food choices, exercise, seeing a doctor, or practicing dental hygiene... (had to throw some extras in there, it's not ALL about "diet").
Committed to living consistently, consciously, and creatively GRATEFUL, each and every day. We are worth it!
