Week 2 of the BLC CICO and challenges

I think my last BLC week 2 was super hard for me too. Good news is that I got over it. Now in an effort to turn things around (and as part of the new element to our weekend challenge) I will blog my CICO. Since I am a numbers girl, perhaps seeing it this way will give me an extra boost.

LCW

I emailed my pledge to do 30 mins in the next 6 weeks since last time, I was not very consistent completing LCW every week. This should be doable and I am striving for consistency. This weeks minutes was 53 mins as I did extra for the WEC.

    I am faithfully tracking my CICO on my blog too. Even when I don't like what I see emoticon

It helps put things in perspective for me. I am visual person on my job and other areas of my life, so tracking is no different for me I suppose.
