Hope everyone had a great week! Today I had class then went straight to the gym after and did cardio for an hour! I plan on going back later tonight to get another workout in!
Heres what I ate today!
-Breakfast essential shake
-Fresh Fruit cup for the grocery store
*Kind of splurged a little on dinner cause I need the calories. My mom ordered pizza but I did limit myself to ONE breadstick and limited my intake on my pizza, & I didn't eat until I was stuffed like I use to do!
I was kind of feeling guilty about eating the pizza but I just had to remind myself that everything is okay in moderation and plus Im getting two work outs in today! Since I am working out now I will have to up my calorie intake a little.
I did go to the grocery store today and got the usual but I did see a couple great snack ideas! I did get stuff to make chocolate covered strawberries! 10 chocolate covered strawberries are only 150 calories! And then I bought chocolate gram crackers and fat free cool whip. Im going to spread the cool white on the choco gram crackers and but them in the freezer 4 little sandwiches will only be about 200 calories!
