Having a pretty good week! The first phase of my South Beach diet will be over on Monday, so that's going to be interesting. From there it's a trial and error thing from what I've read, to learn more about what foods will help keep me losing, and which won't. Looking forward to learning!
I've been inconsistent with my exercise lately, but got a workout in today, so that was good. I need to buckle down and stop thinking it's okay to slack off, because it's not. I need to make some progress, and keep going!
