Still getting a great deal of pain when I try to workout with my back injury. But trying to power through it to stay a bit active. I have been meeting my water drinking goals, however.

put your fitness situ on the message boards here to get the advice of professional trainers. That's what I did when I came on SP and was too afraid to start walking because my knees hurt so much, even in bed. They advised me to wear a pedometer at all times, note my usual amount of steps (just 200) and then try to increase that by 500 steps as and when I felt able. Within 3 weeks, I was happily and comfortably walking 8000 daily steps (3 miles) and my knees never ached again.

Hope this info helps you ease into a routine. Good luck!
