Well, I've been staying around the same weight for about a month now. I am still eating at a calorie deficit, and still exercising regularly. I didn't change a thing, except to decrease my daily calorie allowance as I lost weight. My weight ticker shows me at 166.6, but that was actually a fluke that happened last week, and my weight swung back up to around 170 for no apparent reason.
In order to try to get myself losing again, I decreased my calories by a further 100, down to around 1500 from around 1600. I am not sure if this will help, but I must say I am feeling terribly down about this, especially because I'm going through each day really hungry, keeping my calories down anyhow, and there doesn't seem to be any payoff for that misery.
I'm only 10 pounds from getting into the healthy BMI range. This is so frustrating!
