Back at it:)

Having back to back rest days made me realize how much I love the gym and working out. I actually had one of my friends say, "it's nice to see you back":) I love gym buddies!

Today's workout was fabulous:
2.2 mile run
2.6 mile spin
SWEAT-mostly lower body circuits-single leg deadlifts, single leg squats, battle ropes, pull ups, tricep extensions
2.2 walk/run
double crunch machine 80 pounds
Captain's chair 4x10
Cable Cross 110 pounds 3x2
Foamed rolled and stretched when I got home:)
Looking forward to another day of relaxation! School has been closed all week due to snow. We had a professional day Tuesday, but it ended up being 1/2 day.
I'll take it:)

212.55 miles for the year!
