Good Morning team. It is 8:10 and I have been up for 30 minutes
Had a glass of wine too many last night,so no gym this morning
But I have 2 of coach Nicole's video to do for the challenge.
Today I am turning over a new leaf, to a healthier me again.
Gym 5-6 days a week 3 weight days and 5 running
eating healthy , lots of fruits and veggies.
