I've put a lot of thought into this. I have created a 5 point system that started when I began reading: In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto by Michael Pollan.
This is what I will keep in mind during the day and add up my points for the day.
1 point: Eat Real Food (see how Michael defines this in his book)
1 point: Eat Mostly Plants
1 point: Don't eat too much (oh dear…. the hardest part for me!)
1 point: Savor and enjoy each bite (another toughie! I eat way too fast.)
1 point: TRACK!
I'm doing great on exercise. What goes into my mouth is what I struggle with. I think this may be helpful…. Worth a try! Today was good… 5 points for Judy!
