Ramp it Up!

I've been doing Ramp It Up all week. It is a big change from SIU. It's an hour of intense (for me) work out. It feels good when I'm done. I've also been doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and shoveling snow most days. It feels good to be stronger. I've lost 6 pounds since the year started. I like seeing my fat % go down on the scale and my lean mass go up. I don't notice a big difference yet in how my clothes fit. I feel it the most in my energy level. I've been really good about my calorie count and getting enough steps every day. Life is good. I'm still motivated and on track. I'm doing this this time and not giving up and going back to unhealthy ways!
