Thursday, January 23, 2014

these last 7 days have been rough

the same day Drea my 7 mth granddaughter had to go to the hosp for the flu; grumpy (my father) had to go to the er it looked like he was having another stroke but they think it was a seizure

then the flu ran down thru all of us I still have it

then grumpy comes homes and the next day blood clots are coming out of a sore on his foot; we're told not to worry about it cause its cleansing itself naturally

I havent wanted to get out of bed for a long while now; I havent even been to the gym in a cpl weeks
the only time I seem to leave the house is for doctor appts

I seriously cant deal with things lately but I'm trying its just not working for me

Winter time and sickness can take its toll. Thank goodness there are things we can do. For me I pray. I know that God is always there, anywhere, anytime, anyplace. When I can no longer deal with things I have learned to turn them over to Him who can. It may be helpful to read some of the inspiring stories hereon SP or other places. Usually we see others who have suffered and survived and realize our situation wasn't so bad afterall. Your are strong and able and emoticon emoticon emoticon

My Mom is Granky ( cranky Granny). The awful weather and stupid Flu will be gone soon. I hope that Drea is feeling a lot better. The young may get sick fast but they also tend to recover faster ( than us old folks) too. Just keep doing what your doing with the therapist. Things will be better.

This must be very difficult for you. Maybe if you could force yourself to go outside for a very short walk, it would help a little. I can understand how hard it is to deal with everything going on for you right now and hope it gets better soon. Hugs!
