100 DAYS TO 10k Daily blog

...New years resolution: Im running the 10k this year. Last year I ran the 5k, My first 5K in fact. I felt completely drained and out of breath but so accomplished after the run. I wasn't prepared enough though. This year I will run the 10K to challenge myself, and this time I have more than 3 months to get ready. I plan on blogging nearly everyday about my progress.


ran 2km at average 6.5 speed, 20 min.
did two 4 min zumba videos from sensazaocrew(They're awesome check them out on YT)
did the 10min Coach Nicole crunchless core workout

Any tips to get best prepared will be greatly apreciated!

    Thank you guys for commenting... I fell totally off track after this blog entry. I ended up not doing this run, but I eventually got back on track and ran the 5K this year in 2015. 2015 is my year, nail polish is dry so watch out!
