ditch the scales, go by your mood...

I've spent the last week, trying to start again, a fresh start to fitness. I started again because I had reach that point where I wasnt happy, I was tired at walking up a small hill, and my knee felt sore. I knew in my head and heart I was carrying to much weight....

One week later two salsa classes, four trips to the swimming pool...and well I'm not concentrating on the scales I'm going by my mood.

I'm happy, I'm smiling, laughing, I'm striding with confidence

So I don't care about the scales, this is what I want.....let's be greedy and enjoy life

Have fun , enjoy the journey....just call me tigger....bouncy..bouncy..boun

    Exactly the mantra I need to adapt! Working on whole-body acceptance, not just a number staring back at me....

    I have decided to for-go the scale as well as it it soo random. It is so dependent of how your body feels and what you eat and do. I might jump on every couple of months but I am going with measurements and how my body feels and clothes fit! Way to go!
