I'm so excited for the weekend challenge this week.
Record every BLT (bite, lick and taste) (25 pts daily)
I have totally been tracking everything for the past 23 days, now
to keep it up
Energize with 20 minutes of intentional fitness (25 pts per 20 minutes, Max. 75 pts = 60 minutes)
This is my current goal, another reason to push myself.
Sip your water ~ 6 glasses per day (25 pts daily)
My biggest downfall. Let's bring it.
Open your mind to trying “new” things. (25 pts daily)
Ohhh, what to do. This will be fun.
Learn ~ Read a Spark article or any other health article over the weekend. (100 pts ONE time only)
Perfect time to look through my new Self.
Virtual Vacation ~ Take at least 20 minutes of “quiet” time for yourself daily. (25 pts daily)
Easy does it ~ Take 5-10 minutes daily to stretch out your muscles. (25 pts daily)
