unusual combination but totally scrummy(photo)

yesturday i made myself a totally scrummy salad.wasn´t quite certain if the combination would work but surprizing it did .i will definately be having this again.

2 cups shredded spinach
2 roma tomatoes
3inch wedge cucumber
1 steamed beetroot
1/2 mango
1/2 pomigranate
3 fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon roasted seame seeds.

chop everything and toss together,quick easy and as i said totally scrummy.forgive salad bowl the kids broke my favorite glass bowl two days ago and haven´t got a replacement yet,lol.

    I love fruit in salads - try orange juice dressing over greens, kiwis, and cucumbers - yummy!! Or grapes, pine nuts, and some goat cheese on arugula. SO good!!!

    That looks and sounds so good and I have everything to make it!!!!

I had quinoa mixed with sautéed matchstick carrots and red peppers plus garden chicken (which is made from tofu but really does taste like chicken).
