I've been humming along fairly well trying to get the eating right synced up with the exercising thing. Doing my usual roller coaster of this week I have time so I'm hitting goals and another week not so much. After 2 days of snowy weather (hey I'm in Maryland we don't know how to cope with the white stuff) I ran out of healthy food, time and patience and got the munchies. Tostitos with lime, a bag that I hadn't even touched went down by half in minutes while I was trying to decide what to make for dinner. I am now bloated from all the extra salt I hadn't been eating.
The good news, I had my healthy breakfast and am drinking more water. Dinner plans are stir fry vegetables so I'll be back on track. I'm not going to let this derail my week.
