My goal was to eat more calories today. My body sure feels bloated like I did. I do not digest potatoes well anymore.
Wasa Cracker with Peanut Butter
Roast Turkey with gravy & dressing
Steamed Carrots and Broccoli
Cup of Split Pea Soup
Dinner Salad with Salad Supreme Spices
Ham and Cheese Sandwich on Whole Wheat
Glass of Merlot
Two Wasa Crackers with Peanut Butter
Total Calories: 1512
Sodium for the day was a huge 3,500 mg. Only want to do that much once in a while for me. Usually,. my sodium is under 2,300 mg per day.
Early morning walk around town 30 min
Jog/power walk store and back 10 min
Denise Austin Cardio 10 min
Stationary Bike 30 min
Stretching 10 min
Total 90 minutes.
Had a great day of fitness, overate healthy. Wasn't planning on my second snack ate it as way to eat more calories and then felt like I overate. Turned it into healthy junk food. Aiming for lower calorie count today = 1300
