Guess I'm supposed to be blogging...

Here I am - following a suggestion of my Spark Coach Consistency and Motivatioh program!

I guess I also felt like blogging just a bit.

Just finished 15 minutes of jumping on my rebounder (mini-trampoline). That's a few steps/bounces more in the right direction!

Really, aside from my usual walking around, the above was my first exercise session today. I fully intend to get in another 15-30 minutes of bouncing this evening, and, hopefully, also my Focus T25 workout, and some kettlebell swings.

It's just past mid-January already. Spring is on her way! I'm going to have as much fitness-fun as I can, getting myself ready! Which of my Spark friends will join me? And how are YOU doing with your workouts today and this week? Looking forward to reading your feedback, below.

    Hi hope you do not mind me getting in touch, but I saw that you have a acupressure mat, I have just got one too, I have my feet on it now as I am typing to you.

    The treadmill work I've been doing has given me great legs and a sore knee, so I switched to shoveling snow to build up my back and arms.

    i like to blog because then i want to do a little but more otherwise i feel loike an idiot saying i did not do anyrhing to reach my goals.

    Doing semi-well with exercise on this side of the computer screen --- excellent with the food portion of the program.

    Good job with the exercise today! Those rebounders sound like a lot of fun. Maybe I will be brave enough to try one once I've dropped some weight.

    I am doing T25 Day 3 today, today I thought I was going to pass out but I finished it and plan to continue with this one. I do find it hard at times but I don't stop moving, as it is so short and over before I know it. Today he did ALOT of pushups, my arms hurt so much I could barely shampoo my hair but I was happy about that because it meant I got my workout in and I gave it my all.
