Three pounds lost
, two gained back
...Uh? Am I really diet yo-yoing again?
No! The difference this time is that I have begun strength training
along with my usual portion control
, ending sugar (more or less)
and stoping bread gobbling (mostly)
Yes, the scale
says I've gained back two pounds...but...my core is strong enough now to just about keep up with Nicole Nichols on the January Jumpstart videos!
No way could I do that January 2nd! Also I have added more crunches
, breathing correctly now. I was always inhaling and exhaling at the wrong times before!
Perhaps in February I'll be able to increase the pounds of my weights

, we'd planned to walk
to "the crick". But it is 3F and windy...not wise in our 70's and 80's! Best to add an indoor cardio video
