Good bye 40lbs

I have come a long ways, over the last year, and after losing 40lbs, I look forward to summer time coming and wearing a two piece bathing suite. Which I have not been able to do since 2008. I am also going to get my belly button pieced again.

I have had people ask me how I did it. It's a life style choice and a life style change. It took a couple years to put the weight on and miss treat my body with bad food to get it to the state that it was in. It DID NOT JUST HAPPEN OVER NIGHT to gain 60lbs.

I knew that I had to take it one step and one day at a time.



I am not going to lose the weight I put on in a month, or two months not even 3 months. It is going to take some time and how long all depends on how hard I work at it, how much I invest in me and how bad I want it.




I have tried a few times over the last 4 years to lose the weight, but kept falling and I just had to get back up and keep going and start over. I knew I wasn't going to give up. I had a goal, I had a dream and nothing was going to stop me. I will be honest, it was not easy, it was hard. Nothing worth having comes easy. You have to go after it, you have to want it bad enough, you have to pick yourself up when you fall. No one else is going to pick you up BUT YOU!!

I needed to get my body healthy on the inside to get it ready to start to lose weight. Because not matter how much I tired I would lose a few pounds and gain it back and lose some and gain some. My body was not ready to lose the weight, so I had to get it ready. It was not hard to do to get it ready on the inside, but it did take 2 months before the weight started to come off and once it started coming off, man oh man it kept coming off.

I am now 5lbs away from my first goal which I will see shortly and then I am setting another goal of another 10 pounds by May 2014.



I had people ask me why I wanted to lose weight and then once they saw me lose the weight they asked me how I did it. If you want to know how you just have to ask
