Homemade Gluten Free Bread~Using Almond Flour

Hello Sparkfamily! Did you say almond flour? Here is an awesome recipe that I know you will love! Check it out!

Note: Gluten Free


1 cups blanched almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
cup golden flaxmeal
teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 teaspoons baking soda
5 eggs
cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar


Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor
Pulse ingredients together
Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar
Pour batter into a greased 7.5 x 3.5 magic line loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Cool and serve. Enjoy!

    Thanks for the gluten free recipe. I bake homemade bread each week, but since being diagnosed with Gluten intolerance secondary to my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, I haven't been baking because then I want to eat it. I will give this a try. I can pick up the flour and the local all natural grocers in the morn.

    This looks good! Similar to the Wheat Belly cookbook recipe. I need to get a food processor and make this, I miss bread. Trying to cut out all wheat products.
