Oh, Temptation...The spirit is willing, but the body is weak.

What is it about evenings that make it so challenging to stay on my goals? I stay on track all day, then I get home and ... crash and burn. Ugh! So frustrating! I need to find a way to trick my brain into doing what I want. LOL!

Here's another day, another opportunity. Try, try, again. It's like Albert Einstein said, "You never fail until you stop trying."

    Maybe you need some sort of ritual to ease into the evening? A cup of tea, music? Or some folks brush their teeth after they eat their evening meal. Keep looking, you will figure out what works for you. emoticon
