I am going back to the first workout/nutrition routine I was on when I met the Hubby!!! So far I have the fitness down(duh) now really working on nutrition!! if I stick with it I lose a TON of weight!!! I am on week 3 now. Annnnnnd lost 1 pound-.- the hubby lost 7-.- BUT he sticks with eating religiously!!! So looking to get 5 down by feb 1st!! I can do it!!
The thing is, I may have only lost ONE pound but I know I am looking better and getting stronger. I am working on getting past negative self bashing.
I wasnt able to fit into my new jeans for our anniversary date(damn me for not buying lycra). They just wouldnt pull up any farther over my thighs!!! I will wear these comfortably Feb 1st!!!
Whats nice is we get one free day a week! And I made steak for the hubs and that cake??? Oh my!! From a great market.
I can stay the course! Wish me luck!!
