Starting a new sparks streak

School, work and life are in full gear right now. I just signed up for the February challenge to get at least ten minutes of exercise every day. I have to post my success to my blog to be accountable. I just want to thank everyone for their support it mean a great deal. emoticon

    You are certainly busy, busy. It's great that you are motivated. It helps me to get motivated to see so many others with much more on their plates doing it.

    Good for you. Keeping on keeping on. Exercise is important. But if weight loss is also in your goals, then measuring, counting calories, and writing everything in the SP tracker that we eat is far more important. I am on Day# 167 of this process.
