So I got some good news and bad new... The good news is I didn't gain any weight last week and the bad news is my weight stayed the same.. I don't know if its because im starting to go to the gym and exercise and my body is actually sore and my muscles are hurting or what. Im guessing its that. So hopefully next week there will be a change in the scale with my body getting use to the new exercises im doing.
My next cheat day will not be until February 6 because that is the day of the Luke Bryan concert! Its nice to plan out your cheat days cause then you have something to look forward too!
Here's what I ate today!
-Apple with peanut butter (I am starting to cut back on my peanut butter)
-Put a chicken breath in the oven the put a little bit of BBQ sauce on it
-Brown rice with broccoli in it
-One 130 cal. bag of snack wells carmel popcorn
Didn't get an exercise in after work because I had to come home and study for a test! But I will definitely get one it tomorrow night!
Question of the week:
Do you guys think I am getting enough calories in or should I try to eat just a little more? I honestly have no clue lol
