I decided to get back on my low carb "diet" that has worked so well for me in the past. The only thing I will do differently this time, is that I will stick with it. I will also listen to what my body is saying it needs.
I have to say that I am very proud of myself today. I really paid attention to what I ate, and how much I ate. For breakfast I had almond milk, a cheese omelette, and some veggie bacon. For lunch, I had three different colored peppers (soooo delicious!), some celery, and some homemade hummus. For dinner, I had some rotisserie chicken breast, a little BBQ sauce, and some steamed brussel sprouts. After dinner I had a little cheese. I'm very pleased!
I have a goal to lose 5 pounds this month...each month, really. I only have to lose 0.6 pounds and I will be at my goal weight for this month! I haven't even started exercsing yet! I've just been trying to watch what/how much I eat. I did mail off one of my Netflix DVDs, so I should get a workout DVD very soon. I'm excited about this. I'm ready to start moving and grooving again.
