So, I've had my Fitbit Zip for about a week now. LOVE it! I also love that I can sync the data to SP and a couple of other sites as well. I log all my food into SP but I go by the calorie intake/burned on Fitbit's site. I really am getting a grasp at how much I'm burning, how much I'm eating and what I need to do to lose the weight! It's pretty amazing. I find myself pushing to get that extra couple of steps or burn those extra calories. For example, today, I got home from work and had almost 9,000 steps. I made sure to do extra stuff around the house to meet my 10,000 step goal, and I exceeded it!
I absolutely LOVE this and I can't believe it took so long for me to get this. I wonder if I would have been able to shed the pound in the past. Can't dwell on it now, I can only look forward to the future, and I'm excited!!!!
I'm still streaking. It'll be 5 weeks on Saturday, that I have exercised every day straight. It's definitely become a habit and I can't go a day without doing something. If I go through the day and don't get it, I can't even talk myself out of it, or even want to. I tell myself, it's just 10 minutes I'll be done quickly, and I get it done! It's exhilarating to feel like I've accomplished something and to continue to push!
I'm just excited about getting healthy! It's amazing!
