Week 19

1.1 kilos down. 300grams off my 10% goal. AND under 110 kilos!!! Feeling good.

I haven't been sleeping very well lately. Sort of go to sleep fine [some of the time anyway], then wake up 1-2 hours later and can't get back to sleep. Not a great thing for a mum with an almost-2-year-old.

My husband and I went on a date on Saturday. We went out to a local waterfall and had a walk on one of the tracks. At one stage of the track, where it meets the river/lake/waterfall, you have to cross over through the water. The rocks had this mucus looking growth on them, which made them very slippery. I was thinking to myself "I need to take careful steps so I don't fall in like a klutz," and as I finished thinking that, I slipped and ended up in the water. In front of about 100 people. Woops. Lovely bruised legs this week.
